Can't reach the server
It may be waking up after sitting idle. Nothing you have saved is lost.
If the server answers on its own, this page will load by itself.

Disclaimer
The limits of what this app promises, and what it is not a substitute for.
The short version
- It is a record of what you told it, not a source of truth about your money.
- It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
- It comes with no warranty and no guarantee that it will be available.
- Keep your own backups. Keep your vault recovery code somewhere else.
The figures are only as good as what you entered
Personal Manager does not connect to your bank. It knows nothing except what you typed in or imported, so every total, chart, budget and insight it shows is arithmetic performed on your own entries. A missed transaction, a wrong date, a typo in an amount or an import that mapped a column to the wrong field will produce a confident, well-formatted, incorrect answer.
Where the app converts between currencies or totals accounts held in different ones, treat the result as an estimate. Your bank statement is the authority on your money; this app is a record of what you said about it.
It is not advice
Nothing in the app — not the dashboard, not the budget warnings, not the insights strip, not anything on these pages — is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Divyaprakash is not your adviser, your accountant or your broker, and no professional relationship is created by your using the software.
The insights are patterns in your own numbers, phrased plainly. They are not a recommendation to spend, save, borrow, invest or sell. For decisions that matter, and for anything you intend to file with a tax authority, check the figures against your statements and talk to somebody qualified.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. It is written carefully and it is tested, but it is not certified for any purpose and it is not guaranteed to be free of defects.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Divyaprakash is not liable for any loss of data, money, profit or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the app or from being unable to use it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Availability, and the backups that follow from it
This is a free app maintained by one person in evenings and weekends. There is no uptime commitment, no support rota and no promise that the server will be reachable when you want it, or that it will still be running in a year. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Which is why the app will hand you an encrypted archive of everything, on demand or on a schedule, and why that is worth doing. A backup in your own keeping is the copy that survives a server going away, a phone being lost, or a mistake nobody noticed for a month.
Security, stated honestly
The app is built the careful way: per-account filtering at the database layer, passwords stored only as one-way hashes, vault entries and backup archives sealed with AES-256-GCM, and HTTPS in transit. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly which of your records are encrypted and which are not.
No software is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What can be promised is the design above and that any flaw found will be fixed rather than argued with. If you have found one, please write to Prakash3300@gmail.com before publishing it.
Two things remain yours to protect, because the design puts them beyond anyone else's reach: your password, and your vault passphrase together with its recovery code. Lose both of the latter and the vault cannot be opened by anybody — see the Terms & Conditions.
Links and third parties
Where the app links out — to Google Drive for cloud backup, or to a payment provider if you choose to tip — those services run under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and Divyaprakash is not responsible for what they do. The open-source components the app is built on are listed on the Copyright & Licences page and carry their own warranty disclaimers.
