Can't reach the server
It may be waking up after sitting idle. Nothing you have saved is lost.
If the server answers on its own, this page will load by itself.

One person, one address, and no ticket number.
Write to
That is the address Personal Manager sends your account mail from, and the address Divyaprakash reads. There is no support desk behind it and no form to fill in — it is one person, so please be patient, and expect a reply in days rather than minutes.
Things with a faster answer
Most of what goes wrong has an answer inside the app, and these four are the common ones.
- Forgotten password — use Forgot password. A reset link reaches you faster than any reply will.
- A figure looks wrong — start with Transactions and the date range it was counted over. Almost every one of these turns out to be a date range or a missing entry.
- A task is due at the wrong time — check the time zone in Workspace settings. Due times are stored as a fixed instant and shown in the zone set there.
- Moving to a new phone — take an encrypted archive from Backups first, then restore it on the other side.
The About page explains what the app does and what it does with your data, and is the quickest way to answer most questions about either.
What to include
A reply is only as good as what it has to go on. These few details save a round trip.
- The email address your account uses, if it is about an account.
- Where you were in the app, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Whether you were on the website, Android or Windows — and the version from the About page.
- The exact wording of any error, if there was one.
Never send your password, your vault passphrase or your vault recovery code — not to this address, not to anyone. Nobody will ever ask you for them, and nobody can do anything useful with them. Email is not a safe place to put a secret.
Specific requests
- Delete my account and everything in it. Not yet a button in the app, so this one really does need an email. Send it from the address the account uses. Export anything you want to keep first — deletion is not reversible.
- A privacy question, or a request about your data. What is held and how to get it out is on the Privacy Policy page; anything it does not answer comes here.
- A security flaw. Please write before publishing it, with enough detail to reproduce it. It will be taken seriously and fixed rather than argued with.
- A copyright or attribution correction. See Copyright & Licences for what to say.
- Permission to reuse the code. Worth asking. The answer is more often yes than the Copyright page's plain wording suggests.
If somebody else runs your copy
The app is built to be self-hosted, so the server holding your records may not be the author's. Anything about your data — who can see it, deleting the account, a password that will not reset — has to go to whoever runs that server, because they are the only person who can act on it. Questions about the software itself are still welcome here.
The rest of the small print
- Terms & Conditions The agreement between you and the app: what you may do with it, and what is asked of you.
- Privacy Policy What is collected, where it is kept, who can read it and how to get it back out.
- Copyright & Licences Who owns the app, and the open-source work it is built on.
- Disclaimer The limits of what the app promises, and what it is not a substitute for.
